Went with a looser style for last week's Hot Dog Of The Week illustration. The article was more of a recipe so I drew it basically the same as I would have in my notebooks back when I really worked in a kitchen, just without the grease stains.

enjoy reading and looking at the pictures pretty regular, but this one inspired me to comment. As a once and probably future line cook myself I have to say your old recipe notebook looks rad. thanks for the nice pictures and the solid research.
